Sylvia and Melissa did an excellent video.  And it good to hear about their amazing affirmations.  Thank you for the informative class with you and Marcela.  Oh and by the way, I have thought of some more ideas for ways to  move forward with The i + 1 method.

Having a great i+1 Day here!  Got into a bit of a funk this past week, so it is nice to see that each day is a bit better than the day before (definitely i+1 style!).

Having my smoothie and getting ready for the meeting with the EWC Clan at 3!

Hola Teacher, pasaba por acá a preguntar cómo va todo en este trayecto con los hábitos y el i+1? Ya que diariamente nos enseñas a todos más cosas interesantes sobre el i+1 y una forma de reforzar todo eso podría ser también tus experiencias personales

Now Marcela, that is a great idea.  Since we all are showing teacher about our changes, how we grow and learn.  Perhaps he could share some of his valuable wisdom with us.

Debo actualizar mi diario i+1 más pero es que hay tantas publicaciones interesantes para responder! Jajaj

Algo que tal vez se cansa de escuchar pero que para mi significa mucho.. es el 'nueva normal' que "ofrece" el i+1.  Hasta hoy por ejemplo - un día que SE SIENTE igual de perezosos como mis días de más pereza anteriormente... pero de verdad no es.  Gracias a todos mis hábitos, toda la participación del clan, hasta power hours mociones y todo, logro tanto que ahora me PARECE normal o me PARECE que no cuenta!  Ahora hacer mi rutina de la mañana/día, ir al gimnasio o repasar, es algo que hago por contado!

Poco a poco, el i+1 te va subiendo el nivel de normalidad, el nivel de productividad, hasta que uno sea productivo sin quererlo!! jajaja. Oh al menos en mi caso![/justify]

Aquí en Jardín luchando para que este Viernes sea otro día 100%!

Agradezco mucho el apoyo comunal y cada día se siente que logramos más y que si seguimos así, estamos cambiando el mundo YA mismo, siendo ejemplares para los demás!
