But the nice thing is that before you realize it your 'new normal' is a lot higher and so even if you don't complete the full routine, you are doing much MORE than you used to.
Like I just reviewed 100 cards, stretched, and am doing forum posts now and none of that is even going to really earn me a Habit Tracker X and even an i (for an i+1 Moment) would be pushing it for any one of the routines that those Habits belong too.... but still as a result I am still doing them and still doing more than I was doing a year ago! Not to mention the stretching I did on a google meet so finally get a very basic (not even sound) recording of my stretching routine out there - turning lemons into lemonade!
So even a day like today for me I could consider an i+1 day because of that.
