Bottom post of the previous page:
Today I drove for about 6 hours to visit my family, it's been nearly three months since I saw my parents personally., the next four days will be a switch off to take advantage of their company.

The selfish hour is consisted of 60 minutes dedicated to myself.
20 minutes of meditation.
20 minutes of planning my ahead.
20 minutes of stretching.
Hahahaha selfish hour?
And seriously, do you do all of that at 5:00!???????

Not on a daily basis but I try not to skip it for more than three days in a row. It sounds pretty tough at first sight but its benefits in the long term are invaluables.

Yeah, this is great, and I love the 20/20/20 division. Easy to remember which is key for long term consistency!
Plus I also love to ABC Plan AFTER I meditate, seems like my head is more clear and, in the words of the wise Julian, makes me even more ready to "hit this day!"

Yeah, I actually got inspired after reading "The 5 a.m club" by Robin Sharma.

Back to my daily routine after having spent four days with my family, those indeed are invaluable moments I hope to have more often from now on.

Wow! Yo estaba leyendo la traducción en español! No he podido terminarlo.

It is certainly, but nothing that an accurate spotify playlist doesn't help to get through.

Wow! 26+? Insane. In my defense I would say driving in COL demands too much more effort since curves are at every 100 meters. Lol. Don't take me seriously.
