Today I drove for about 6 hours to visit my family, it's been nearly three months since I saw my parents personally., the next four days will be a switch off to take advantage of their company.Julian's Journal
Yeah, this is great, and I love the 20/20/20 division. Easy to remember which is key for long term consistency!Julian wrote: ↑Wed Mar 31, 2021 11:56 amNot on a daily basis but I try not to skip it for more than three days in a row. It sounds pretty tough at first sight but its benefits in the long term are invaluables.
Plus I also love to ABC Plan AFTER I meditate, seems like my head is more clear and, in the words of the wise Julian, makes me even more ready to "hit this day!"

Hah! 6 hours is a long drive time??? Try 26+ just to get from school to home for the holidays! No Spotify but I did have my iPod fortunately! And a lot of energy drinks........
Wow! 26+? Insane. In my defense I would say driving in COL demands too much more effort since curves are at every 100 meters. Lol. Don't take me seriously.
