Anyone can be an ACA Explorer, take the i+1 Path each day, and pay it forward in service and with gratitude. All it takes is 8 minutes a day.
How to Be an ACA Explorer
With as little as doing Habit Level 1 Report, you could consider yourself an Active ACA Explorer. So at this point we are already at under a minute. But if an ACA Explorer needs to both receive/learn AND give/teach, then they are technically only 50% complete.
The Solution - Fundamental Habit Levels 1-8
Spending 1 minute per Habit Level and giving yourself 8 minutes to complete the Fundamental ACA Explorers Habit Levels, is the best way to guarantee success as an ACA Explorer.
Picking The Order
That, of course, depends on your own schedule. But once you set it, stick to it long enough to realize what may need to be changed. There is a certain self-experimentation/fine-tuning that is necessary when designing optimal Routines.
Example A:
ABC Plan (7), Practice X (5), Add X (6), Report (1), Finish ABC Plan (8), Habit Action Plan (2), Habit Tracker (3), Daily Explorers Check-In (4)
Example B:
Practice X (5), ABC Plan (7), Finish ABC Plan (8), Add X (6), Report (1), Habit Action Plan (2), Habit Tracker (3), Daily Explorers Check-In (4)
et cetera.
Either way, take only 1 minute at most doing each! This is not going to be easy.
What counts? Only English and Spanish? No!
Discovery (the WHAT you Report) has three modes:
- Scholar
- Mastery
- GrowStronger
Mastery - Practice with a Mastery skill; Practice refers to time spent (in minutes) practiced; Learned refers to time spent (in minutes) learning related to your Mastery.
GrowStronger - Practice with movement-based routines; Practice refers to a yes/no completion of certain movement-based routines; Learned may refer to time spent learning related things/routines/teaching others/etc.
- 1 minute reviewing Anki?
- 1 minute joint exercises/stretching/mobility/cardio/strength training/etc. ?
- 1 minute painting/drawing/dancing/singing/writing?
- 1 minute meditating/visualizing/cooking/reading or any of the other 7 Explorer Habit Levels (9-15)?
Try it Out - 1 minute per Habit Levels 1-8
So try it out, force yourself to start a new mini-Routine wherein you run through the first 8 Habit Levels, spending at most only 1 minute/per Habit Level. Resist the temptation to spend more than that amount of time. You aren't replacing your current Habit Actions with these so your Study Rate or Added Totals won't go down as a result.
