My day usually starts at 5 a.m. You can called me an early bird, from 5 to 6 it's called the selfish hour, you will soon know why.

The selfish hour is consisted of 60 minutes dedicated to myself.

20 minutes of meditation.
20 minutes of planning my ahead.
20 minutes of stretching.

I suppose "selfish" pero a veces selfish lleva un tono despectivo. Porque para mí meditar, planear, y estirar es para ti sí pero a la vez para todos! Te hace mejor para que puedas hacer tu mejor en servicio a lo demás! Love it!!!

I agree with you teacher, I call it "selfish hour", because is the only moment of the day where I'm completely off (no phone, no calls, no nothing)and just focus on my own inner awareness.

Yesterday was not exactly as I planned, but it ended up teaching me things that I definitely didn't expect.

Those were:

A) Submit Audios
B) Submit Runa
C) work on Univ. assignment

I also write them down on my personal agenda for work, all of the them make part of my general to do list.
