My aerobics activity habit for 60 minutes is split between

AM ROUTINE -> 0-10 Minutes (last activity of AM Routine)

10-60 Minutes -> PM Routine (first activity of PM Routine)

And each one has their own conditional! Truly strange...but it works well! Getting those 10 minutes in gets me started. It isn't too long and gives me time to check on things that I can't before finishing the AM Routine because of the Conditional Habit Action plan I applied.

Then I disconnect and can only re-connect (as well as start to view media sources like Netflix/Youtube) upon completion of the rest of the 60 minutes.
