Had a short meeting today but feeling much better, glad to not have a migraine any more and to have been able to get some cleaning taken care of! Thanks for the post and I hope so as well!

Hoping to get back into the habit of posting to the forum, but I do end up having difficulty with it due to plenty of other stuff going on. Really not looking forward to jury duty here on the 13th.

Thanks Deborah, I appreciate it! I learned that I may get to go on next Monday instead! Got some nice blue and UV blocking glasses, seeing if that helps me at all when it comes to being up really really late, at the very least they help with eye strain!

Looks like I got lucky and am excused from Jury duty! Glad to have gotten that out of the way! Pretty cool snap circuits class today!

I am a big fan of the i+1 system, but have noticed that I am starting to have more and more trouble as I try to establish more habits. My biggest problem is that there are so many little things that I am starting to have to try and keep track of and do each day that I am getting overwhelmed. I know that, logically, they are not super difficult to do and it should be feasible, but that does not really help me out very much. Not quite sure what to do about that yet.

Have been working on a computer the past few days, found a few really strange issues that I am not sure I have ever seen before, but I am sure it won't be too hard to fix.

I think Routines could be the trick.  Cognitive Load Theory tells us at some point, individual items are going to get too mich to handle at once in working memory.  A Routine could take up as much cognitive load as an individual habit.  I think this has been how I can get myself to do many smaller habits and count it all as one single X on the Habit Tracker.[/justify]
