PD: Cómo se dice "rushed" a alguien más? Apuré a mi familia? Suena raro y no puedo encontrar ejemplos en internet!

Fan de la power hour por que me “obliga” a querer participar incluso si no tengo mucha motivación, lo cual me parece genial ya que uso este tiempo para hacer el cardio que normalmente me falta y btw, sí se dice “apuré a mi familia”

Currently traveling back to Cali, realizing that Arley won the 3 ExG already but he deserved it, he was so kind. I hope to get better the next week and make those audios!

Ya en Cali, tratando de reajustar mi rutina, aunque siempre se me hace complicado seguir en normalidad después de un cambio de ambiente tan radical... Pero súper entusiasmada con todo lo que viene con GrowStronger

Hoy tuve un día algo ocupado con todo lo que sugiere trastearse y demás, pero me las arreglé para poder cumplir con la mayoría, sino es con todo, de lo que tenía planeado el día de hoy y eso me tiene muuy contenta

El día ha estado algo más calmado que los últimos anteriores, en cuanto a actividades y demás, lo cual me ha permitido enfocarme más en mis hábitos y todo lo que ya he construido desde antes, así que me siento súper feliz

He avanzado mucho con mi hábito del Paso Decisivo y me ha ayuda un montón a tener un día productivo desde el inicio, eso mantiene mi estado de ánimo súper bien

It would be REALLY nice if we could see everyone's decisive moment on a list somewhere on the dashboard. It would inspire me and help give me ideas!

It's water drinking now and it works really well with me now. It's like THE moment when I stand up and start my day on the i+1 path.

That is so 'clutch'! If I don't get my full glass of water in, I definitely don't feel as energized! Its crazy how so many Explorers now start their day with that glass of water!

Makes me want to design an ACA glass with a line on it that says like: "i+1 Day Begins!"

That idea about designing a glass of water with that line sounds pretty cool, I love it. Even I can imagine a bottle of water and it could work as well. Definitely we need a lot of new products about the I+1
