Yeah WOW! This could not only help out our community, but also if we are located in Colombia, likely we could help out communities that NEED it close to us! Plus we could take a 'Caveman Chemistry' approach and teach a lot of science/engineering concepts from first principles! Atomic i+1 style baby!
Exactly! I think it would be super cool to be able to enable people to make a lot of things locally that they would normally be unable to acquire, although there would be limitations with what could be manufactured directly the only real limitations we would run into would be ones that people have already solved via engineering.

Marcus wrote: Fri Jan 14, 2022 6:55 pm Today has been fairly eventful thus far, already went to the Dr.'s office and managed to get a bit of work in before the meeting, but I would like to get more done before it gets too late and maybe get to bed earlier. I tried taking some 5-HTP last night to help get to bed, but ended up awake for what seemed like hours despite yawning and having my eyes closed, my brain just would not stop, lol.
Interesting, I should maybe try that. I think its either the THC or the CBD that helps me stay asleep, but it certainly activates me and makes it harder to initially get to sleep. I'm still searching for a better solution. Because while preferable to waking up and not being able to go back to sleep (such as what happens when I have zero THC/CBD), but still relying on combustion to get a full night's sleep is a little too dependent for me.

However, I feel like you may be a bit more 'advanced' than I am, since 5-HTP is a much healthier solution. To help quiet my brain, I try to read FICTION at night. Last night I was working on Project Euler problems and that was not a good idea lol.
I am not sure if 5-HTP is really that much healthier, but I did have a bottle laying around, so I figured I may as well use it, lol.

Not having an ideal time with the water drinking in the morning, really need to start setting up the habit to ensure that I get it done first thing while also ensuring I get to bed sufficiently early to not feel horrible when my alarm goes off. I am also considering using Do Not Disturb mode to cut down on some of the insane numbers of scam calls I have been getting.

What about doing like Marcela does, leaving the water out at night by her bedside? I leave a cup in my bathroom and smash it immediately (not literally hah).

Also how is the Habit Levels questionnaire going? Can you share the doc with me?

I ended up deciding to keep a full water-bottle next to my alarm so that I could immediately take a drink and that seems to have helped a bit. The habit levels questionaire is pretty bulky, can I save, edit, then re-upload it somehow?

Hey Marcus, I just wanted to tell you that it was so nice to have you in the meeting yesterday and I do have a similar habit action with the bottle of water and it has been working great for me, hope it works well with you as well!

Hey there Marcela! Thanks for stopping by, I appreciate it and have noticed that drinking the water before turning off the alarm really seems to have helped!

Today was pretty good, fairly productive and have got a good amount of reading done, so not too bad thus far!

Definitely. Save for offline access. Or copy it elsewhere and paste it in later.

But today I believe you are meeting with Deborah and Julian right, to work on it?

Edit: no. Tomorrow!

I now got my 40 minutes of Anki in, some of these cards are hard to get through, lol. I think we need to have that meeting Sunday, right?

It’s great to read that it’s working well that new habit, it helps a lot to start the day with energy! And btw Marcus, I managed to see you in the i+1 room studying, just a quick reminder that you can write that on the Check in sheet and earn Explorers Points for using the room :)
