This week's habit action will be "meditation 4,7,8". I tried once and results were pretty impressive.

And I am assuming it uses Bear Breaths?

It consists of inhaling for 4 seconds, then hold your breath for 7 seconds and finally exhale slowly for the 8 seconds. REPEAT IT 4 TIMES
