Cooking with Chemistry
Hahaha so is it really going to be COOKING? Love it.
But is there any way you can put in some general science-y, chemistry-y like principles in there so its more general? I don't have any lab equipment here and know it will be MANY a moon before I make hollandaise sauce using it, but if there are general demonstrations and general learning about chemistry going on I will be so pysched for this!

I was thinking about other ways to use scientific aparatii to look at cooking and think I am going to use my triple-beam balance to do something like show how much sugar is actually in some sodas. I say this because sometimes people will give inaccurate illustrations or just throw out numbers that sound large without any context.
