The Ways we Benefit From Life Coaching

This is just a forum post where we can put down ways we feel we have really benefited from life coaching! I have really found that it helps me to be able to talk to Marcela about what goals I really want to get done, especially when we have regular check-ins to make sure that I don't get sidetracked and fail to make progress on them.

Las reuniones de coaching me han ayudado mucho a avanzar en lo de las areas de vida y organizar mejor mi s metas semanales mensuales y en un periodo mas largo en un año y aunque sentia que no tenia sentido me he dado cuenta lo importante que es progresar en las areas de vida para el desarrollo personal y ser cada vez mejor.

The coaching meetings have helped me a lot to advance in the areas of life and better organize my weekly monthly goals and in a longer period in a year and although I felt that it did not make sense I have realized how important it is to progress in the areas of life for personal development and to be better and better.

I have always found it difficult in the past to get outside of my comfort zone and think of specific goals in life areas I don't normally concentrate on. Life Coaching helps me not only with that but also with a lot of accountability!

Plus, I feel like a million bucks after a session with Marcela!

I have learned a lot while working with Marcela. Having to look at myself isn't always easy. She has helped to break down my goals into daily weekly and monthly ones. I tend to just jump into things without always thinking first. Marcela has me slowing down a bit, and really focusing.
