Now all that needs to be done is to link using it with the i+1 Room!
I think we could work this into the i+1 Room, Gold, etc. and it would also be a cool thing to offer use for us as Life Coaches, for ourselves and our students!

Creo que podríamos incluir esto en i+1 Salón, Oro, etc. ¡Y también sería genial que nos ofreciera un uso como Entrenadores de Vida (Life Coach), para nosotros y para nuestros estudiantes/clients!

pero definitivamente quiero experimentar y que experimentemos con otras cifras de tiempo y realmente encontrar algún tipo de principio que podamos usar que no sea tan aleatorio como solo 25:5 sin ton ni son.

Empieza con el estándar por defecto:Tu Cerebro wrote: okey trabajaré estos 25 minutos y luego puedo descansar por 5!
