Here are my 3 suggestions:

A 1-on-1 1 hour class from the explorer (or scholar) of their choice in the explorer's (or scholar's) field of expertese/of the options listed by the explorers.
An ACA hat or shirt with the mascot of their choosing
A painting or other similar work from an ACA student along with a picture of them holding the art and a biography of sorts for the student.

Mis tres ideas son las siguientes:

2) Rifar un curso de inglés/español por una cantidad de hrs
3) Rifar artesanías colombianas.

4- 50/50 Raffle - Pool of money in each prize. Pull 1 ticket at the end and winner gets half!
5- Heads or Tails - DJ calls heads or tails and people sit down if they lose a round. Last one standing wins!
6- Wall of Wine
7- Bingo
