Metaphor: Job vs. Career vs. Calling

So, recently, I had an epiphany:
Much in the same way the 3 layers of change compare the superficiality of goals vs. the profound nature of identities, we can find the same concept in the difference between a job, a career, and a calling.
A Job = Goals/Results = What
A job you do to make money and survive. Nothing more, nothing less. It is superficial but it is important.
A job is what you do to survive.
A Career = Process = How
A career you are in for the long haul, doing daily what it takes not just to survive, but to thrive.
A career is how you are going to get where you want to go.
A Calling = Identity = Why
A calling you no longer even necessarily DO for money but because you HAVE to! You have no other choice, it is part of who you are, it is your IDENTITY.
A calling is who you really are!
Having a calling (like I do with the ACA) is as powerful as having an identity. It gets you out of bed each morning and gives your life purpose. I'd recommend it to everyone!
