Now that sounds like a great idea. When I was younger I would get up much earlier. It sounds like there are some advantages to an early rising hour.

Agreed Mom. You should check out the 5 AM Club. Julian read it in English and I read it in Spanish and we didn't even know (at first) that we were both reading it! Talk about serendipity!

Erasing the word "excuse" of my vocabulary will definitely be my main goal this 2021, It's going be a step by step process indeed, but I'm pretty sure It'll be totally worth it.

I can tell you that it gets better as you start getting used to it.

I didn't get 7/7 in my habit action last week, but certainly the change made this week will be the key to get get 7/7.
