Good morning I am trying to wake up a little earlier each day. To join the 5:00 club I would have to go to sleep fairly early.

Yeah I need help with that too. About to tell Will and Lindsey that I'm going on team Lindsey early to bed early to rise lets do this!

That's correct Deborah, in order to stick the habit of waking up early to your daily routine, it is so important to set a specific time to go to bed, keep in mind let your body stay in a state of rest for at least 7 hours.
