Bottom post of the previous page:

Finally able to take some NSAIDs and not have a pounding headache! Managed to get some cards done, spent the rest of the day working on a new raspberry pi 4 image to see if they are at a point where they can replace a normal computer. Thus far the only thing that is tricky is getting mathematica for pi set up on a red had based system.

Today marks the first day I am really feeling back to normal! I got some more cards in and have been able to concentrate on reading again, so that's nice!

Great to hear Marcus! I have been adding a lot of math cards of late and it reminded me of you!

Oh cool! Math cards are something I wish I knew of when I was taking all of my courses in college. Would have been insanely helpful in trig and calc! I finally managed to get to 100 cards again for the first time in a while today, pretty glad to no longer be feeling horrible! Now if only I could safely say I was 100% protected from any new strains of covid after a week passed that'd be swell.

I managed to get 100 cards again today, getting back into the swing of things is tricky after an illness, but with any luck it shouldn't be too hard!

I saw that there has been some pretty intense debate in Chicago over whether or not it is safe to have in-person classes resulting in school being cancelled, pretty crazy how long the pandemic is going. Hoping to get to bed early tonight, but not sure if there is much hope of that, lol.

Today has reminded me how difficult physical discomfort can make completing even seemingly simple tasks. It really is important that people have their basic needs satisfied if we wish to truly flourish as a society.

Hi Marcus. Glad to hear you’re feeling better. That had to be scary!

Universal basic income! We should start with an ACA Town and with the Explorers receiving theirs!!

It would be pretty amazing to be able to have a town that actually implements UBI and is able to function, although I fear that people may attempt to sabotage it.

Not if we stay small and stick together. Rural Colombia.
