Mr. Regnery says I did a terrific job of maneuvering the car and that he could not have done it himself.
Wow, Thanks for sharing your adventure alongside Mr Regnery, I totally relate you when you say it was a horrific storm, congratulations on your high skills at the driver seat, hopefully all of us made it safe at our destinations.

Send regards to Mr Regnery for me.
Thank you Julian, Mr. Regnery sends his best.

Spending spare time with your friends just hanging out and chatting about life will always be a good thing to do, I did so yesterday.

A couple of classmates and I are currently working on what we call in Colombia "Proyecto de Grado" which is a mayor research project that brings a real solution to the market. This is a requirement so that you can get a degree. The news about it is that I came to realize that the process of researching is like an adventure full of new teachings and a continuous trial and error.

That sounds very interesting Julian. The "Proyecto de Grado" assignment. Keep us informed about your work. The trial and error part is how we learn.

When busy days come, it's always good to manage them by using methodologies to control your breathing. Yesterday was one of those days where control-breathing was really a help.

I'll focus this week on adding cards, it's been a while since I did it.

Quite a productive day, I'm managing to control my breath these days and the results have proven that it's worth working on it as a habit from here on out.

El pensamiento es el maestro de los sentidos ,pero la respiracion es la maestra del pensamiemiento y sigue adelante haciendolo.
Thought is the master of the senses, but breathing is the master of thought and goes on doing it.

I am learning so much from our personal journal posts. I am very much concentrating on my breathing much more than before. I can get so emotional fast, so the breathing helps calm me down.
