I am a believer that we humans keep it up by using rewards, that stimulating effect of representing your success with a physical thing.....so... what if use medals as in the Olympics.....gold, silver, and bronze...The more committed you're the higher rank we get in the "Club 100 Olympics".

There could even be 'events'....!
