My biggest problem is that there are so many little things that I am starting to have to try and keep track of and do each day that I am getting overwhelmed. I know that, logically, they are not super difficult to do and it should be feasible, but that does not really help me out very much. Not quite sure what to do about that yet.
I think Routines could be the trick. Cognitive Load Theory tells us at some point, individual items are going to get too mich to handle at once in working memory. A Routine could take up as much cognitive load as an individual habit. I think this has been how I can get myself to do many smaller habits and count it all as one single X on the Habit Tracker.[/justify]
