It's such a pretty sunny day today, It's been a week since I returned back to workout early in the morning and realized that I def get the best out of the morning when I do physical activities first.

Hi Julian, that is inspiring. Good for you for knowing yourself. I walk a lot and do ride the bike inside  
 However I know that working out with weights is very good.  I know it is very important to get my heart rate up.  Do you go to a gym that is outside?

Quite a lot of tasks to underline on today's to do list, what I do is to prioritize and get done the most difficult ones first.

Hi Julian.  Now that is a different way to look at  things.  I will do the task I least like to do,  first.  have a wonderful 1 + 1 day!

It's a cold morning today, well... not that cold since it is 19 degrees Celsius (66 degrees Fahrenheit) however we call  it "winter" when it rains.

Good morning Julian.  Now that is very interesting.  Do you call it winter when it rains in Colombia? Here today it is raining and it rained yesterday.   It is 76 F. now and getting up to 85 degrees F.  I've already accomplished a lot  this morning for ACA. and in general. We have our cooking class at 5:00.  
Have a good i + 1 day.
