Good morning. I am starting off my day productively. Did all my morning chores: the promise, breathing exercises, horse stance, bike, added cards, reviewed anki, posting in the forum now. Soon joint exercises and then my Spanish class with Arley and Teacher.I have to say my conditional in the morning gets me going. I cannot make any phone calls or go on social media until all my work is done. That is very difficult for me to get up and wait a long time until my first cup of coffee.

Good morning. Yesterday was kind of a different day for me. I lost my phone (in my house). so I did not add any words and did not study anki until the evening. All day at work I kept wanting to have my cell phone. Its's really a big part of how I communicate with people. I don't know if that is good or bad, however it was was very uncomfortable for me. I found my phone this morning.
So now I have done my joint exercises, horse stance. added cards, reviewed a few cards in anki listened to my Spanish homework, Im going to have a very good i + 1 day!
