It’s great to read that it’s working well that new habit, it helps a lot to start the day with energy! And btw Marcus, I managed to see you in the i+1 room studying, just a quick reminder that you can write that on the Check in sheet and earn Explorers Points for using the room :)

Ooh now thats cool!

I actually did some work yesterday too while screen sharing - working on the next Habit Tracker - but forgot to count it in the sheet! Good call!

Marcus - EPIC meeting yesterday, truly, too much to think about, and I can't wait to see what you write for the questionnaire!

But more on that later...

I am in the middle of writing a post on something I touched upon yesterday: that rather than conceptualizing 100/day as a goal, it should be conceptualized as a useful metric to track truly granular, atomic, i+1 card building and reviewing!

100/day should be achievable by all. Simplest way to fix that is just to create more granular cards because
100 cards testing 10 concepts >>> 10 cards testing 100 concepts
But also I thought, but what if simple distracted-ness or 'productive procrastination' is causing it to take more time than necessary as well?

This plugin + perhaps a few times coming to the adding class on Thursdays so we can really i+1 any cards you have + your amazing streak-abilities = BLACK BAND BABY!

I really think Sunday's meeting went rather well, we had made some pretty good progress and I gotta ensure that I fully fill out that questionnaire and email it back to you! Also, I am pretty sure it would be next to impossible for me to get many of my cards down to taking only 10 seconds until I have completely mastered the content on them, and even then I wouldn't know that if I was not able to recite the contents of the card in my head and compare it to that of the card, so I really do need to change up the cards quite a bit, however I am not sure how that will impact my decks.

Oh cool! I am glad you saw me stop by, I have been going in there, but haven't really seen any activity in the chat or anything, so I have been just leaving messages from time to time. I definitely plan on using that to get some explorers points, thanks! I also went and thoroughly washed my water bottle as I went to drink from it before taking a sip found it looked like it may have had mold in it, something I attribute to using it for vitamin C earlier this week and not thoroughly cleaning it afterwards.

Had a pretty tricky day today, got up early but didn't get a ton of sleep, however the water seems to have helped. Decided to get an early start on my ABCs by writing them out tonight in hopes of getting them done tomorrow!

Good idea Marcus with the ABC plan!

Also, watch out, I saw you and Deborah may have accidentally submitted an additional Tuesday report but after the clock hit midnight, as for this week you guys have Tuesday (in the future) filled out.

A fantastic check-in! Lots of new ideas even and Marcus' improvement is truly inspiring, in basically every one of the categories, except for perhaps Audios, but same for me, and I am thinking what if just motivational messages recorded and uploaded and left for others could count? It is still using the voice as a means of contributing! Just have to think of how to "i+1" it, removing all the "barriers to entry" and making it as easy as possible!

I do also think it would be cool to get the Level2 Weekly posting habit for the both of us, because I definitely enjoy a lot of your posts thats for sure.

Can't wait to see what other ideas might pop up when you finish the Habit Levels questionnaire!

Thursday I made okay progress, but it definitely could have been better. We did have a pretty good meeting though!

Had to wake up at about 8:20 AM on Friday, got very little sleep. Somewhat productive day, but overall not great.

Wow, a pretty good time! How'd you feel? How is the water + pushups habit action going?
